Last year, BangOn!NYC returned to Brooklyn to deliver a second helping of their ELEMENTS Festival – an event best described as “Burning Man meets Bushwick”. Albeit a one-day event, production was not lacking: elaborate stages named Earth, Fire, Water, Air (and a bonus ‘Fifth Element’ stage), 3D projection mapping, live performers, and headliners such as Gramatik, Claptone, and Mija, all helped transform an abandoned factory into a truly immersive experience.
This year, BangOn!NYC is upping the ante by evolving ELEMENTS into a 3-day camping festival on a lush property in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The event producers state that the new location offers “open fields, hidden forests, green valleys, and a sparkling lake,” that will host their top-notch production alongside headliners such as Tipper & Claude VonStroke. Also contributing to the soundtrack of the weekend will be Ott., Keys N Krates, Claptone, Herobust, Jade Cicada, Medisin, and a Lee Burridge sunrise set complete with fireworks.
