Jonathan OrtizPhilly-based bass slinger Matter just dropped some new nectar for our ears, and it’s worth a listen (plus, more than a few replays immediately after). Antidope hits heavy, with savory slices of Travis Scott’s Antidote mixed in with inventive synth design from start to end.
The track’s arrival is a pleasant (and very welcomed) surprise since Matter, aka Dustin Dvorak, just released his debut EP this past June. And while Antidope is less melodic than anything we heard off The Sound, it’s more percussively unique and worthy of some serious neck-spraining headbanging all the same.
