Bruce HarperOn Monday the internet stopped as Lorin “Bassnectar” Ashton confirmed the rumors that he’d be bringing a special 2-day event to New Jersey. #BasslanticCity is set to take place on April 28th & 29th at an undisclosed location in Atlantic City, NJ (but many speculate it will be held at the Atlantic City Convention Center). Although taking place in a new city, Bassnectar is sticking to his roots and staying true to the underground ‘90s spirit with this event. He states: “just like Atlanta, we have found an amazing room which is just perfect for this experience: one room, one floor, secret location, no seats, sweat dripping from the ceiling.”
Joining Bassnectar on these dates are celebrated names such as Caspa, Eprom, ill.Gates, The Widdler, Nosaj Thing, and Ninth Child. He adds, “we beckon you to join us in co-creating a one-of-a-kind experience – the intention is not to put on a “show” – but to gather from far and wide under one roof: a destination weekend event that is truly a family affair. Presale tickets go on sale Wednesday, February 15th at 12PM EST and will predictably sell out within seconds.
